Yes that might work, as long as the government is properly informed as
to which foods are unhealthy, which I doubt, given its delight in
cruelly exploiting animals and the draconian punishments it inflicts
on those who dare to disagree with that.
Also, dietary reccommendations tend to be highly individual, one man's
meat, etc...
